Cogworth Randolph III

Paste was quite possibly the most useful invention. While it securely adheres to many surfaces, it happens to be the safest bonding product on the market. Its non-toxic formula allows paste to be ingested by many curious 5 year olds with little to no side effects. Compared to its cousin (goopy, sticky, white glue), paste dries quickly with little mess. Colorless and odorless, paste provides for some fun crafty times.

Africa...

Why has Congress approved only half of the proposed budget for relief in Sudan? This administration has already spent more than $163 billion on the war in Iraq, and has proposed only a meager $1.7 billion for a region that has seen more than 2.5 million of its people killed, injured, or displaced. When will Africa cease to be the forgotten continent? This is a land plagued by civil war and the worst comprehensive health crisis in the history of mankind, and only we have the money and the power to do something about it? Yet again, our administration stands idle. Is it because of the color of their skin? No, I don't believe so. It's because there's 'nothing' in it for us. No oil, no markets to access, just the battered and burned faces of a people ignored, and they aren't worth anything in the corporate boardrooms. They aren't worth anything.
